A Local, Family Run Business

Founded in 1994 by father and son, Roger and Matt Byron, we began with a strong foundation of practical expertise — Roger as a retired British Telecom engineer, and Matt as a fully qualified electrician. This combination of knowledge enabled us to design, wire and install intruder alarm systems to a high standard from the very beginning.

Starting out in a small garage at Roger’s home, we also opened a security shop in Pershore Retail Market to showcase our products and promote our services. From the outset we offered a range of state-of-the-art intruder alarm and CCTV systems, including police response systems, to meet the needs of homes and businesses in our local community.

In September 2003 we became one of the first companies to move into the newly developed Blackminster Business Park, where we have been based ever since. Over the decades, we have grown steadily through customer recommendation and by acquiring several smaller local alarm companies. Today, we proudly look after almost 4,000 customers.

We provide a 24-hour call-out service and are registered and approved by the Security Systems Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB), giving our customers further reassurance of quality and reliability.

As a family-run business, we place great value on personal service and customer care. This is one of the key reasons we choose to work within a 30-mile radius of our offices — it ensures we can continue to deliver prompt, local support whenever it’s needed.
